Boiler service and gas safety checks

Service on an oil boiler
Tom serviced the boiler perfectly. Dismantled the heat exchanger and cleaned it more thoroughly than I’ve seen other engineers do it. He then fixed an issue we’ve had with very low hot water pressure on all our taps. We’ve had three other plumbers try to fix the issue. Tom sorted it first time. He’s a genius! We would highly recommend Ignis.

Fitted new boiler
My only complaint is that I have not had any communication from them to check everything was done satisfactory. Im not happy about the position of the filter. I did mention this at the time but was told to box it in!!

Brilliant service delivered fitting a new boiler, unfortunately a gas leak was detected and Tom was super efficient and, despite one of his staff being off sick, managed to have me up and running the next day as previously promised. Tom was highly recommended to me and I would undoubtedly do the same to anyone else. He and his team were fantastic and went that extra mile!
